After dispatch, delivery timelines typically range between 3–7 business days for metro cities and 5–10 business days for other locations across India. Delivery times may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number and shipping details will be shared via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information during checkout. Velorena shall not be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If a package appears damaged upon delivery, customers are advised to document the condition and contact our support team within 48 hours with relevant photographs for further assistance.
